PRE ORDERS

Why are items on pre-order?

We are a super tiny business and we only purchase limited amounts of stock at a time. We are very fortunate to say items sell out very quickly. We open pre orders to allow customers to reserve items before they arrive to avoid disappointment.

When will my pre-order item be dispatched?

When you purchase an item you will be given an estimated dispatch date. We try our best to match these dates but sometimes we are unable to due to shipping delays out with our control. If you are unsure about the dispatch date, get in touch.

What is your returns policy?

How do I process a return?

To process a return CLICK HERE please do not return items without processing it first via the returns platform. You MUST include your name and order number or we will be unable to process the return.

UK DELIVERY

How long does UK delivery take?

  • Royal Mail 1st Class : 1-3 working days
  • Royal Mail 2st Class:  2-4 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days

    When will my item be dispatched?

    We use a fulfilment warehouse to pack and fulfil our orders. They fulfil orders from Monday-Friday. We will aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 1:30pm.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We ship tracked worldwide. Shipping is calculated accurately at checkout. Please be aware that international shipping may be subject to customs charges. This is unfortunately out-with our control and the customer is responsible for paying these fees.

    How much does international shipping cost?

    International shipping is worked out accurately by weight and country at checkout. You will be able to view shipping options at checkout before placing an order.

    How long does international shipping take?

    We are still experiencing longer delivery times due to Brexit and COVID 19. Find estimated delivery times below:

  • Shipment to Germany: 7- 12 Days
  • Shipment to the rest of Europe: 10 – 18 Days
  • Shipment to USA & Canada: 6 – 13 Days
  • Shipment to the rest of the world: 7 – 14 Days

    Do I have to pay customs/taxes?

    EU - Orders under 150 EUR will not incur extra charges as taxes are paid and handled by us at checkout. Orders over 150 EUR will have to pay these taxes on delivery.
    USA - Orders under $800 will not incur charges
    Rest of world - Depending on your country you may have to pay duties on delivery. if you are unsure please get in touch

    Why do you use hemp?

    Can Hemp get you high?

    No, Hemp cannot get you high. It is often confused with its psychoactive cousin Marajhuana which contains THC ( the compound which gets you high). Hemp contains only 0.3 % THC compared with 15-20% THC in Marijuana.

    Do you offer wholesale?

    Yes! We do offer wholesale pricing to retailers internationally. You can apply to become a retailer HERE

    When will you be restocking...?

    We restock items as and when needed, we have a super small production team in Nepal and sometimes it takes a while for us to restock. If we are about to restock an item, just before it leaves Nepal we usually open pre orders. Please get in touch if you are looking for a specific item.
